Foreigners employed should be engaged in posts with special needs, temporary shortage of suitable candidates nationwide and their employment does not violate government regulations. For specific issues, please refer to the Department of Hunan Labor and Social Security [2009].

Registered capital of foreign invested enterprises to employ foreigners in principle should be no less than 300,000 Yuan RMB.

|
Individual economic organizations and individual citizens are prohibited from employing foreigners.
