Jiahe Daogang Liquor Brewing Skill has a long history, which is said to originate from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770 BC-256 BC). It is a semi-dry yellow wine improved based on the Jiahe fermented wine brewing skill. Its skill is characterized by boiling distilled grains into rice wine or pouring the liquor into the wine dregs that have not been mixed with water and storing it for several days.
