It was learned from the mobilization conference for upgrading of transportation & working conference for transportation which was held in Chenzhou city on March 13, 2015 that Chenzhou city would accelerate the improvement of integration of passenger transportation of urban and rural areas and equalization of basic public service of transportation from 2015.

According to the arrangement, from 2015-2020, Chenzhou city would accelerate the connection of passenger transportation service of city, inter-city, urban and rural areas, towns and villages, and etc., and the construction of coordinate passenger service system, which was aimed to basically realize the integration of urban and rural passenger transportation, and meet the target of 60% of public bus operation.

In following years, Chenzhou city would try great efforts on the construction of urban public transportation net to reach the target of sharing 40% transportation of the city; would try to establish an inter-city passenger transportation network with public buses and direct buses; would establish a convenient, smooth, safe and high efficient urban-rural passenger transportation network; would establish specified, wide, convenient, safe, competitive and ordered town- village passenger transportation network; would establish coordinate and seamless exchange urban-rural passenger transportation station network; and would establish the integrated network of urban-rural passenger transportation information.
