The project is invested by Zhongzhou Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned land area of 50.7 mu (3.38 hectares), and will be built in two phases. 

 

Once completed, it can handle over 600 tons of industrial solid waste, garden solid waste, furniture scraps per day in Guiyang County, and supply steam, domestic hot water, and compressed air to more than 120 enterprises in the park.

 

 

The county government, taking smart manufacturing of home furnishings as the leading industry of its modern industrial system, has created a characteristic home industrial park that integrates home production, sales, logistics, exhibitions, sales, R&D, and quality inspection of raw materials. It has also formulated a development plan for the home smart manufacturing industry. 

 

Now, there are 104 enterprises that have signed the agreement, with 81 projects started and 37 enterprises put into operation.

 

A home furnishing manufacturing industrial cluster has been initially formed with leading enterprises such as  Shida Home Furnishings, Yilai Home Furnishings and City.
