It was learned from Chenzhou working conference of financial poverty alleviation of Luoxiao mountainous area and construction of credit system that financial poverty alleviation industry projects library of Luoxiao mountainous area has been established by Chenzhou city. 95 promotion projects were covered in the first phase, which need 4.86billion yuan financing capitals.

It was introduced that all the 95 projects were the key supporting areas of national credit policy. 20 projects as Hunan Baijieli packing and printing, Hunan Ao’xin E-shop, reconstruction and expansion of Mangshan Yao minority high mountain ecological tea base, and etc. were promoted by Yizhang county; 18 projects as Longteng Jinshan ecological farm, upgrading of rural power grid of poverty stricken villages of Rucheng county, high standard farmland project of Shuangxi, Nuanshui town, and etc. were promoted by Rucheng county; 20 projects as industrialization of Chinese traditional medicine, Hunan Kuiyuan demonstration park of ecological agricultural sustainable economy, Nanfang sika deer ecological park and industrialization exploration, and etc. were promoted by Anren county. 37 projects as the second phase of workshops of Datang Industrial Park, reconstruction of shanty area of eastern area, wind power station of Hankou, development of red cultural tourism, and etc. were promoted by Guidong county.

In 2014, four governments of Luoxiao mountainous area built their financial poverty alleviation project library separately and organized 4 bank-enterprise financing fairs which helped to sign 74 contracts with 4.62billion yuan capitals.
