It was learned from Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission that 929 industrial fixed assets investment projects were launched in Chenzhou city from this January to July, finishing 42.77billion yuan investment with an increase of 8.1%. Jiahe, Guidong and Anren county ranked the top three place on the increase of industrial fixed assets investment. 

According to the record, from this January to July, 574 industrial technical improvement investment projects were handled out in Chenzhou city, finishing 26.70 billion yuan investment with an increase of 32% which ranked the first place of Hunan province; 7.25billion yuan investments were finished for the industrial battle projects, accounting for 71.4% of the total task. Anren county placed great attention on the promotion of key industrial projects, 22 of which were with over 20million yuan investment for each. The total investment of it was 6.315billion yuan and annual planned investment was 1.26billion yuan.

Concerned for the preliminary work for the 7 key industrial projects, Hunan Electric Power Design Institute is working on collection the feasibility materials for Shenhua Guohua Chenzhou Power Plant project. The feasibility report of “5080” coal chemical industry has been submitted in this July and now it is working on some preparation work of environment assessment, capacity assessment, and etc. The integral moving of Chenzhou Bada Glass Plant and settlement of its employees have been almost finished and now it is working on the preliminary declaration work. The transformation and upgrading project of Zhuzhou Smelter is working on the verification of electricity, railway, supporting facilities around the park, and other aspects. The feasibility analysis report, concept plan design, architectural effect draft, 3D animation and design sketch for gem industrial park of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone have been finished. Pb-zn smelting project with annual production capacity of 400,000tons of Yuteng Non-ferrous and fuel gas reconstruction project of China Resources A Plant are being promoted smoothly.
