A survey with the theme of “implementation of supportive policies for small and micro enterprises” was carried out by Enterprises Investigation Team of Chenzhou Statistics Bureau recently. According to the answers shown on the 300 questionnaires, 85.2% small and micro enterprises of Chenzhou city were satisfied with the supportive policies issued by Chenzhou city.

Concerned for the question “what about your satisfaction degree on improvement of your enterprises with the supportive policies?”, 13.3% enterprises answered “greatly satisfied”, 31.2% answered “satisfied”, and 40.7% answered “generally satisfied”, so just 14.8% not satisfied with the effects.

Business condition is the basic performance to check the implementation effects of supportive policies. According to the result of the survey, though under the depression background of current economic environment, the small and micro enterprises of Chenzhou city were kept operated stably. Concerned for the question “what about the comparison between current production and last year?”, 45.3% of the enterprises answered “fair” and 18.3% answered “good”, both of them were 63.6% in total.

For the question of “what about the comparison of market demands between this year and last year?” , 51.0% of the enterprises answered “fair” and 13.0% answered “good”, both of them were 64.0% in total. For the question of“what about the comparison of stocks between this year and last year”, 56.7% of the enterprises answered “fair” and 18.3% answered “less”, both of them were 82.0% in total. The results of above two questions indicated that most of the small and micro enterprises of Chenzhou city were sound marketing condition that they were with high market demands and less stocks.

As shown on the results of the survey, cost of production, labor force and financing for the small and micro enterprises increased somewhat this year. Some owners stated that the financial matter was still the biggest problem restricted their further improvement. 31% of the investigated enterprises answered they hoped to be favored with“financial support”.
