It was reported that Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou People’s Congress Standing Committee led an investigation team to check the improvement of key projects and enterprises.

Zhong Benqiang and his team visited the ring lake landscape belt for the upgrading of Dongjiang lake, Dongjiangwan north bank landscape belt, cold and heat supplies, Dongjiang big data center, big data industrial park, and other projects and learned the detailed construction situation and some problems of them. A symposium hosted by Zhong was held afterward. He talked with the principals of the key projects and some key enterprises as Tsingtao Beer (Chenzhou) Company, Huaxin Rare and Precious Technology Company, and etc.

Zhong highly affirmed Zixing city’s sound trend for the promotion of projects in the first quarter and sound services provided by local party committee and government for the improvement of projects and enterprises. He also mentioned that some problems still hindered on the way of the development of projects and expressed his hope to solve them sooner.

Concerned for next step, Zhong said, local party committee and government should keep the priority place of development, especially the development of industrial projects. The awareness that the industries should be promoted well if we want to promote the development should be strengthened, same as promotion of projects and progress of them. It should keep the idea that some other work should sacrifice to development on facing some contradiction, while development should sacrifice to projects construction on the contradictory condition. Zixing city should be improved as the leader of investment in Chenzhou city by setting higher standards than the city’s average level, so that to play its important role in the city. Balance attention should be paid on the ecological profits and economic profits on the promotion of projects, sometimes even the ecological consideration should be priory to the economic profits. Relative departments should enhance the docking with key projects and enterprises to check the progresses of projects and help the enterprises to solve problems, as well as obtain more projects to be enrolled into the list of Hunan provincial key projects and ensure all targets to be fulfilled on time.
