Special job fairs for private enterprises held

The 2025 Chenzhou Private Enterprise Service Month Special Recruitment Fair was held in Chenzhou Employment Supermarket on April 30. It aimed to support the development of private economy and promote the high-quality employment. 

 

A job fair for the electronic capacitor industry was live streamed at the same time. 
 
This job fair, to meet employment needs of private enterprises, gathered more than 30 companies, covering multiple industries such as manufacturing, new energy, home economics, and catering, providing over 1,600 job positions including technicians, engineers, salesperson, new media specialists, and others. 
 
Meanwhile, a policy consultation area and a career guidance area were set up on the site to provide job seekers with one-stop services such as interpretation of employment and entrepreneurship policies, resume optimization, and interview skills, with the aim to help job seekers quickly find their desired positions.
 
 According to statistics, since the launch of the Private Enterprise Service Month activity, a total of 4 offline private enterprise job fairs have been held, attracting nearly 100 companies with 4,963 job opportunities.
 
To improve the effectiveness of recruitment activities and support the development of key industries, a special online job fair for the electronic capacitor industry was also held. Enterprise leaders introduced the company, jobs, salary and benefits, and interacted with job seekers in real-time. 
 
The livestreamer also accurately recommended jobs based on viewers’ intentions. 
 
On that day, a total of 1,337 people watched the job fair and 39 of them directly submitted their resumes online. 
 
According to statistics, during the Private Enterprise Service Month, 3 job fairs have been live streamed, with a total of 6,487 viewers and 93 of them reaching employment intentions.
 
In recent years, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Chenzhou City has continuously optimized employment services. Through brand activities such as “Private Enterprise Service Month” and “Golden Autumn Recruitment Month”, it aims to help enterprises recruit and retain workers, relieve difficulties for enterprises through online and offline ways. 
 
This event is not only an important measure to implement stable employment policies, but also an innovative practice to attract talent for local characteristic industries.
