To thoroughly implement Decision on Accelerating the Opening up and Development of South Hunan by the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan Provincial People’s Government (No. 3 [2009] of Hunan Development and Reform Commission) and the essence of “pilot undertaking the industrial transfer in Chenzhou, support pioneering program in Chenzhou” put forward by Zhang Chunxian, Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial Peoples Congress, On Feb. 19, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Mei Kebao and Vice Governor of Hunan Province Gan Lin presided over the working conference of supporting undertaking the industrial transfer of Chenzhou City. The meeting proposed several pilot policies and measures to support Chenzhou in undertaking the industrial transfer. With the consentof the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan Provincial People’s Government, the Policies and Measures is hereby printed and distributed for your thorough implementation. The related policies and measures may be implemented by Hengyang City and Yongzhou City by making reference thereto based on their actual situation.
