In order to obtain more supports from Hunan provincial banking financial institutions and promote Chenzhou city’s healthy development of economy and society, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee led some principals of relative departments visited 10 banking financial institutions from August 12- August 17, 2015. They communicated well with the principals of the institutions and reached extensive consensus on further cooperation in future. Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Yi with this trip.

On behalf of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou government, Yi Pengfei expressed the sincerely appreciation to Hunan provincial banking institutions’ supports placed on Chenzhou city and also gave brief introduction of Chenzhou city’s economic and social development and financial ecological environment. He said after years’development, Chenzhou city has stepped into the stage of industrialization and urbanization, its vigor and potential on economic development are being increased gradually, its reform and innovation are being further accelerated, and the enterprises of industrial parks are with great potential, all of which helps to lay the foundation on establishing sound, healthy and win-win new style bank-enterprise relationship and create new chances for the deepening cooperation between the banks and enterprises.

It was learned that in this trip, 101 projects concerned about 60billion yuan which need key supports were docked with Hunan provincial banking financial institutions. Yi stated that Chenzhou city’s economic and social development can’t be improved without the great supports placed by the financial institutions. He sincerely hoped that Hunan provincial banks can keep increasing the credit support on Chenzhou city, enlarging the credit scale, delegating some approval authority properly, and accelerating the speed on canceling bad loans to provide more powerful financial support for Chenzhou city’s economic and social development.

The principals of Hunan provincial banking financial institutions stated that Chenzhou city’s society and economy are being promoted well in recent years. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government placed great attention on the improvement of financial industry and provided great supports on the banks, which greatly helped to promote the speed development of its financial industry and lay sound foundation for further cooperation between the city and banks. Chenzhou city is the south gate, bridgehead and new economic “increasing pole”of Hunan province, it is incumbent on supporting Chenzhou city’s development. All banking financial institutions would keep increasing the support on Chenzhou city, accelerate the speed on approving large amount loans, and give priority for Chenzhou city on the scale of loans, projects support, cancelation of bad loans, and etc. At the meantime, it would establish sound interactive mechanism with Chenzhou city and promote the further cooperation between banks and enterprises.
