120 non-public economic enterprises of Chenzhou city paired with 130 villages and groups to promote the construction and will place 530million yuan investments

It was learned from the 7th executive members conference of 4th Chenzhou Association of Industry and Commerce that the association issued the proposal for non-public economic ownerships to join in accurate poverty alleviation and contribute more to the construction of powerful, innovative, opening, ecological, and people-oriented “five Chenzhou”.

Non-public economic ownerships of Chenzhou city promoted the production, improved the living condition of poverty stricken areas, and contributed great to the poverty alleviation of Chenzhou city for a long term, which highly manifested the private entrepreneurs’ spirit on undertaking social responsibility. In 2015, about 34million yuan was donated by the merchants chambers and non-public economic ownerships; 120 non-public economic enterprises of Chenzhou city paired with 130 villages and groups to handle the construction of 110 projects, contributing 530million yuan investments.

In order to implement the spirit of accurate poverty alleviation listed by central, Hunan provincial, and Chenzhou municipal government, Chenzhou Association of Industry and Commerce proposed for non-public economic ownerships that they should take active actions to practice socialist core values, promote traditional virtues, propagate the positive energy of mutual help, and take part in the poverty alleviation activities to support the development of poverty stricken areas; should take active actions to handle industrial poverty alleviation, establish joint mechanism with poverty stricken villages and families based on practical condition and the areas’ advantageous resources, and lead the people to get rid of poverty by the development of industry; and should devote themselves to help the poverty stricken areas and families by handling different measures to solve their problems.
