Xinda Silver Industry Co., Ltd was established in July 2003. Today it  has available funds of 120 million RMB ($182,640,000).Consisting of Silver Boutique Factory, Silver Craft Products Factory, Silver Smelter, and Yongyin Rice Co.,Ltd, Xinda Silver has annual production value of over 600 million RMB ($91,320,000), and tax contribution of 30 million RMB ($4,566,000) in 2008.

Xinda Silver puts focus on hardware facilities and is also dedicated to management and technology innovation. The company passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certificate. In 2005, "Efficient Electrolysis Process Technology and Application of Silver" developed  independently by the company passed the technical evaluation of Provincial Science and Technology Department, reaching domestic leading level. The self-designed "Xiang Shui" brand wine with Dragon and Phoenix also won the silver medal in "Golden Phoenix" National Innovative Product Design Competition in 2006.

China Silver City Industrial Tourism, a pioneer of industrial tourism in Hunan, initiated by Xinda Silver,  has become a paradigm at provincial level. The company also invested 13,260,000 RMB ($2,018,172) to build the first Silver Garden in China covering an area of 30 acres.
