On January 15 last year, Hunan Transin signed a cooperation agreement with Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. It was put into operation on June 28, 2021.

 

Zeng Binqiang, deputy general manager of the company, said that owing to the considerate services of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, the workshop was put into operation in just a few months. For example, the renovation of fire protection, and power supply and distribution facilities in the workshop was completed very quickly. 

 

The company has three production lines in operation, and the production capacity reached more than 20 million tons last year. 

 

Hunan Transin, a holding subsidiary of Shenzhen Transin Technologies Co., Ltd., is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of switching power supplies, involving power adapters and power modules. It provides products for many Fortune 500 enterprises and domestic leading enterprises, such as Hikvision, DJI, ZTE and Schneider. 

 

 

The founder of the R&D production base for core components of hydrogen fuel cell system and industrial power supply is a Tsinghua graduate native to Chenzhou city. It was invested by Shuimu fund of Tsinghua University and settled in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone in January last year. 

 

Now, it has cooperated with many local suppliers to attract upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain to Chenzhou. The project is an important achievement and typical representative of the city’s investment promotion event of attracting townsmen to build the hometown. 

 

With a planned investment of 500 million yuan, this project will build the R&D and production of core components of hydrogen fuel cell system and industrial power supply. 

 

After its completion, it’s expected that the annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan with the annual tax income of more than 30 million yuan, and create 500 jobs. 

 

Among them, with an investment of 150 million yuan, the Phase I project built a scale production line with an annual output of 30 million industrial power supplies. Now, it has been put into operation and achieved an output value of more than 20 million yuan. So far, 690,000 yuan of tax has been paid and more than 130 people got the job. 

 

Phase II project plans to invest 350 million yuan to relocate the manufacturing base and R&D center to Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, and establish a benchmark enterprise in the field of core components of hydrogen fuel cell system and industrial power supplies.
