In the production workshop, with machines roaring, the production lines are in full operation and workers are busy working to guarantee quality of products and timely delivery of orders.

 

“Due to a massive increase of orders this year, we are currently facing a shortage of workers. At present, our company has 16 production lines and more than 450 employees. Now we continue to recruit employees through online and offline ways,” said Duan Zhangmin, personnel manager of the company.

 

In 2022, Hunan Xunxing Electronic Technology achieved an annual output value of 120 million yuan. It opened two employment support workshops, which created 500 jobs for local people with the total pay of 18 million yuan. 

 

“The company is projected to add two more employment support workshops and recruit 200 more people for the completion of orders,” said Tong Sheng.
