The company has won many titles, such as a “little giant” firm, a national high-tech enterprise and an intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshop in Hunan Province. It possesses 163 patents, including 34 invention patents. It plans to go public within three years.

 

According to an executive of Koshin, the company will further increase its innovation, enhance its management and attract more investment to make itself stronger, thus contributing to the high-quality development of Chenzhou City.

 

It will continue to increase investment in research and development to make the company stay ahead of the trend. It will make good use of existing research and development (R&D) equipment and facilities and introduce high-end talents to strengthen the R&D team. Besides, the industry-university research cooperation will be improved and some special teams like Hunan Engineering Research Center and the Expert Workstation will be established to enhance the R&D capabilities of the established institutions and advance the development of high energy storage of new energy, solid-liquid hybrid capacitors as well as super capacitors.

 

It will strengthen training on management to create a modern enterprise. It has obtained international system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14000, IATF16949, and OHSAS18001. Strictly complying with the relevant requirements of the certification system, it will increase training of employees to enhance its management of advanced production technology, technological process as well as quality in line with the international standards. The management systems, such as OA, ERP and MES, developed independently by the company, will be further improved to boost the scientific and modern management level of the company.

 

It will increase efforts to attract investment to create a 10-billion-yuan industry. So far, the company has successfully introduced 8 upstream and downstream enterprises in the cluster area. Efforts will be continued to attract more businesses and investment to Chenzhou based on the industrial chain of electronic capacitors. Meanwhile, communication and cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises will be enhanced to extend and deepen the electronic capacitor industry chain in a bid to create the capacitor industry cluster worth 10 billion yuan.
