Since the beginning of this year, the company has made efforts to accelerate its construction speed. Currently, all project production lines and equipment have been installed, and will soon be put into operation.

 

The construction site of the project is a hive of activity. To ensure that the project meets standard requirements in terms of environmental protection and safety, the company has built a wastewater treatment station, exhaust gas treatment facilities, and noise control facilities. At present, these environmental protection facilities are nearing completion, with the final commissioning under way.

 

 

“This is our complete set of waste gas treatment equipment, and it adopts advanced treatment technology to ensure that the waste gas emissions meet national and local environmental standards,” said Zhang Xiangyang, project supervisor of the company.

 

The first phase of the project is scheduled for trial production at the end of the year, with an expected production scale of 1,000 tons of high-purity silver nitrate per year.

 

 

After the completion of the project, advanced technology and equipment will be adopted to form a production scale of 5000t/a high-purity silver nitrate, 3000t/a silver powder, and 300t/a silver paste.

 

 

“We need to ensure the smooth construction and operation of the project. Meanwhile, the project should meet national and local requirements in terms of environmental protection and safety. Now, the project is progressing smoothly. We will continue to strengthen project management to ensure that it is completed on time and with quality,” said Zhang Xiangyang.
