At the site of the intelligent terminal display industry project of Hunan Zhongpei Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., staff are carefully debugging the production equipment. 

 

 

Hunan Zhongpei Optoelectronics Technology is a high-tech enterprise integrating the production, sales, and technical services of LCD displays. It has leased a factory area of about 47,000 square meters in the first phase. 

 

Production lines for CG glass cover plates, TP touch screens, LCM display modules will be built for the production of intelligent terminal electronic products.

On February 5, the project officially entered the trial production stage.

 

“We have prepared 150,000 sets of materials and all products will be delivered by the end of this year. There are now over 300 employees working in the workshop,” said an executive of the intelligent terminal display industry project. 

 

The company currently has 10 fully automatic production lines, with an expected annual output value of 1 billion after full production.

 

 

Machines and workers are busy with production in the workshop of CR Sanjiu Chenzhou Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.. 

 

The company is a key pillar enterprise supported by the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government and one of the most representative enterprises in the Xiangnan Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone. 

 

 

To achieve a good start, the company made plans before the Spring Festival, and more than 400 employees resumed work from February 2. 

 

At present, all employees returned to work, with a daily production capacity of 3,600 pieces. 

 

 

“In 2025, the production capacity will reach 120% of that in 2024, with a 20% increase in profits and taxes. At the same time, we will launch a new intelligent manufacturing system and build a benchmark enterprise for intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicine in China, contributing to the massive health industry in Chenzhou.” Jin Chaocheng, general manager of the company, is confident about the development this year. 

 

 

Chenzhou is the hometown of nonferrous metals, and it has unique advantages in the world for bismuth and tellurium. As the only bismuth and tellurium deep processing enterprise in Chenzhou, Chenzhou Huichuang New has fully resumed work and production since February 5, the eighth day of the first lunar month. 

 

 

The three production workshops are bustling with activity, and the monthly production capacity of refined bismuth, refined tellurium, and bismuth oxide can reach 520 tons. 

 

“More than 70 workers have resumed work, and we will work hard to fulfill orders, striving for a good start in the new year.” Zeng Yong, the deputy business general manager of the company, said that the company's orders have been scheduled for five months.

 

In 2024, the company achieved zero breakthrough in foreign trade and exported its products to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, with a production value of 450 million yuan. 

 

 

This year, it will explore overseas markets and strive to increase its export share from 16% to over 20%. At the same time, it will increase production and R&D investment, further extend the deep processing industry chain, and achieve a production value increase of over 20%.

 

 

At the No.1 cloud warehouse of Chenzhou Free Trade Investment Group, the fully automated equipment is operating efficiently. It only takes 1 minute for a product to being packed to being loaded onto a vehicle. Moreover, an express delivery parcel sent from here can save more than 26% of logistics costs.

 

 

Chenzhou Free Trade Investment Group started building the cloud warehouse in August 2024 and first introduced Heilongjiang Nehe Grain Group. Nehe Grain Group is a leading e-commerce enterprise in Heilongjiang Province with an annual sales revenue of over 600 million yuan. Its products sold to the central and southern regions of China are all undertaken by the No.1 cloud warehouse. The warehouse now uses automated equipment and has two intelligent production lines. The company plans to increase 4 production lines in June. 

 

“On the sixth day of the first lunar month, we have already resumed work.On February 4, over 50,000 orders were sent daily. This year, we will deliver over 20 million orders,” said Zhang Ji, head of the Chenzhou Cloud Warehouse.

 

 

On February 5, the eighth day of the first lunar month, Chenzhou Copper-based New Materials Industrial Park, the largest copper processing and distribution center in South China, resumed production. 

 

As the upstream core enterprise of the Copper-based New Materials Industrial Park, Chenzhou Gaoxin Copper Industry Co., Ltd. has reserved more than 5,000 tons of copper rods, copper wires and other products in advance before the Spring Festival, to ensure sufficient supply of goods for downstream deep processing enterprises in the park at the beginning of the Chinese new year.

 

 

 

Chenzhou Gaoxin Copper Industry uses automatic continuous casting and rolling production line of SMS Group in Germany, which has the advantages of high production capacity, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and no pollution. 

 

The designed annual production capacity is 250,000 tons. In 2024, the enterprise achieved a production value of 5.266 billion yuan. 

 

“We are using the China-Africa trade channel to import copper plates from Africa to meet the requirements of our production lines. So far, our production orders have reached 160,000 tons, so we are very confident to be a billion-yuan enterprise this year,” saidQiu Bo, executive director of the company.

 

 

On February 5, production lines were running at full capacity at the workshop of Hunan Liesheng Electronic Technology Company, and over 800 workers were proficiently operating various kinds of equipment. Each link from the assembly and testing of finished products to product packaging is progressing in an orderly manner. 

 

 

In the new year, the company will make continuous efforts in developing new products. New categories like watches and bracelets are about to be launched in the market. It will provide consumers with a richer and higher quality intelligent technology experience, and drive significant growth in its revenue. 

 

Wei Qingjun, general manager of the company, said that the company’s product category has developed from the original headphone radiation, with a turnover of over 100 million yuan last year and an expected revenue of 400 to 500 million yuan this year. 

 

 

In the polarizing film production workshop of Shanjia Optoelectronics in Yizhang Economic Development Zone, the automated production line is running at high speed, and workers are carrying out equipment control, product inspection, packaging and other operations in an orderly manner. Outside the production workshop, products loaded onto trucks will be to Shenzhen, Anhui and other places.

 

 

Shanjia Optoelectronics is a polarizing film production enterprise that integrates R&D, design, production, and sales. Its products are widely used in fields such as mobile phones and televisions, with a production value of 385 million yuan by 2024. 

 

 

“We have received many orders this year, with the production scheduled till May. By 2025, It’s expected to achieve a production value of 600 million yuan,” said Hu Can, production manager of the company. 

 

Since February 1, the fourth day of the first lunar month, optoelectronic display enterprises in Yizhang Economic Development Zone have resumed work. As of February 5, the eighth day of the first lunar month, 40 optoelectronic display enterprises have resumed work. 

 

In recent years, the local government of Yizhang County, with the major strategic opportunity of transferring the optoelectronic display industry from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to inland areas, has introduced 54 optoelectronic display enterprises to settle in the park, forming a complete industrial chain. 

 

In 2024, the output value of Yizhang’s optoelectronic display industry hit 7.2 billion yuan.
