In 2007, with a passion for the casting industry, Liu Guangjin founded Jinniu Hardware Casting Co., Ltd. in Jiahe County. In the beginning, the company was just a family workshop with only a few workers, which produced miscellaneous casting products, including agricultural tools, motors, lathes, and small hardware.

 

“At that time, the company took all kinds of orders and made all kinds of products. Though the company could survive, I found it lacked core competitiveness,” said Liu Guangjin.

 

He is well aware that the company must take a specialized and refined development path to stand out in the fierce market competition.

 

 

 

In 2020, as the national policy encouraged the development of advanced manufacturing industry to revitalize the real economy, and the county government provided the strong support for the foundry industry, Liu Guangjin realized that it’s time for the transformation and upgrading. The company was relocated to Tantang Industrial Park and introduced new processes, technologies, and equipment to produce machine tool accessories.

 

“It’s a difficult process from ‘miscellaneous’ to ‘specialized’. Our company has given up its previous diverse product lines and concentrated on research and production of high-end machine tool accessories such as five axis machines and CNC machines,” said Liu Guangjin.

 

Nowadays, the company has developed into a modern enterprise specializing in the production of high-end machine tool accessories, with more than 200 employees. Its products are sold domestically and internationally, and enjoy a good reputation in the market.

 

 

 

For a long time, the county government, which has always attached great importance to the development of the foundry industry, has introduced preferential policies such as tax reductions, talent introduction, and technological transformation subsidies, creating a favorable business environment for enterprise development.

 

At the same time, it has also organized enterprises to participate in various exhibitions and exchange activities to help enterprises explore markets and enhance brand influence.

 

“Our company, aiming at green and intelligent development, will makes efforts to promote the automation of production lines, strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises to integrate into industrial clusters, improve product quality, and expand markets,” said Liu Guangjin.
