In June 2023, the company decided to relocate from Dongguan of Guangdong province to Jiahe county in Chenzhou city. It only took 15 days from signing the contract to construction, and the new factory that started construction in July last year was put into operation at the end of the year.

 

Nowadays, the company is equipped with 6 advanced production lines and complete supporting facilities, with more than 80 employees, including over 20 engineers and technical management staff. 

 

With strong technical strength, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in March this year. 

 

The automated production lines in the new digital workshop show the transformation of the company, which is transforming from traditional rough manufacturing to integrated precision machining and assembly. 

 

Zeng Fuyi, said, “In the past, rough machining brought limited added value, but now we focus on precision machining and assembly. The value of a single mold can be increased by more than 30%.”

 

 

After the new production line is fully put into operation, the company’s annual output will reach 6,000 tons, with an annual output value of up to 30 million yuan. With advanced equipment, exquisite craftsmanship, and excellent quality, its products are widely used in industries such as automobiles, machinery and hardware, which are exported to overseas markets such as Japan and the United States.

 

Xiao Longxing added, “Next, we will develop towards assembly and start the construction of the second phase next year and continue to transform towards intelligent manufacturing, making Xingda a ‘high-precision mold supermarket’ where customers come with their drawing sheets and take away precision components that can be directly connected to their production line.”
