Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau (Investment Promotion Bureau )

Main functions: The bureau is in charge of the following tasks:

the foreign economy, foreign trade and foreign funds in the development zone;

organization of activities for attracting investments;

formulation and improvement of the measures and network to attract investments for the development zone(s);

maintaining contacts, negotiations and scheduling of all the investment invitation projects;

putting the policies associated with investment promotion into practice;

dealing with the complaints from foreign investors;

building harmonious relationships for foreign investors;

dealing with the approval and submitting of foreign capital projects;

issuing Approval Certificate with unified number across the province to foreign investment enterprises.
