The project of Intelligent Central Business District Development in Chuandong Area is invested by Guangzhou Shapu Zengyi Industry Co., Ltd. Located in the Chuandong Area (Zhaojia Area) which is within the boundary of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, the project is designed to introduce advanced development concepts and modern management models here and to build Chenzhou’s largest multi-functional and high-level intelligent central business district. Equipped with  a good mix of headquarters, business offices, residential buildings, R&D centers and retail stores, this business district is expected to accommodate some 30 thousand people. With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the project has acquired a land of 800 mu (about 53.33 hectares). The project will last 2 to 3 years and upon its completion, 3000 new jobs will be provided.

Project Progress

Currently, cooperative intention has been reached and site selection has been completed. Efforts of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone have gone into the organization of organizing a project team and the preparation of the project, while the city government is making adjustments for the land use planning of the project. The official groundbreaking will be seen in the second half of this year.
