Project Description
Chenzhou Economic Development Zone is the key and pilot area for Chenzhou’s attracting investment and undertaking a staggered coastal industry transfer. Xiangnan High-tech Industrial Park is located in Changchong Village, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. Situated at the junction of 107 National Highway and Zixing-Chenzhou-Guiyang High-grade Highway, the industrial park adjoins Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and neighbors Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway Station. Xiangnan High-tech Industrial Park has a planned area of 2.6 square kilometers, among which 2000 mu (about 1.33 square kilometers) will be used for construction. A functional industrial park featured by various high-tech industries such as bio-medicine, electronic information, new materials will come into being. A land of over 200 mu (about 0.133 square kilometers) will be developed and a standard factory of 120 thousand square meters will be constructed in the first phase.
 
Form of Cooperation
BT (Build-Transfer) Model: Developers undertake the project by self-financing. After the project is completed, the Government repurchase the project in a period of 5 years.

Project Description
Chenzhou Science and Technology Headquarters Building is situated in the Technology Industrial Park of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. It adjoins Chenzhou-Zixing-Guiyang High-grade Highway in the north, Chenzhou Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway in the west, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway in the east, and Fucheng New District in the south. The headquarters building is expected be a comprehensive business building for real estate development, hotel business and commerce. With a total investment of 100 million yuan, the project covers an area of 20 mu (about 0.013 square kilometers).
Form of Cooperation
BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model: Developers finance and operate the facility in a concession period of 10 years, and then transfer it to the government.

Project Title

Supporting Construction of Chenzhou Science and Technology Headquarters Building

Project Description

Located in the Technology Industrial Park of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, the project adjoins Chenzhou-Zixing-Guiyang High-grade Highway in the north, Chenzhou Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway in the west, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway in the east, and Fucheng New District in the south. It used to be the location of Dongrun Pharmacy project, and now the place will be marketed by developers with standard factories and large-scale trade centers. With an investment of 150 million yuan, 20 thousand square meters of standard factories will be built on an area of 60 mu (40,000 square meters).
