Work arrangement of primary-level organization in the year of construction

On May 14, 2012, Xiang Lili- General Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the six session of Chenzhou Municipal Standing Committee meeting. In the meeting, all the participants- all the members of Chenzhou Municipal Standing Committee discussed the work of general election of county and village and association of industry and commerce, and work arrangement of primary-level organization in the year of construction.

It is the first time to elect deputies of people's congress of the urban and rural by adopting the same proportion of population after the amendment of electoral law, deputy law, and Hunan provincial direct election regulations for organs under county levels. It is required in the meeting that the general election of county and village should maintain the Party's leadership, practice full democracy for the work, act strictly, unify the understanding, study the new situation during the election, and successfully complete the election on the basis of law. It is asked in the meeting that people concerned should uphold the Party's leadership of general election, strengthen the organization, clarify the division of work, emphasize the investigation, implement election funds, punish illegal behaviors to create a better atmosphere for election and guarantee its fluent undertaking.
