To deepen economic and trade exchanges between Chenzhou and Hong Kong, enhance foreign trade cooperation, and integrate into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Hunan-Guangdong-Hong Kong Single E-lock Scheme was launched. 

 

Through this mode, information sharing, mutual recognition of inspection and supervision, and mutual assistance in law enforcement between Chenzhou Customs, Shenzhen Customs and Hong Kong Customs are achieved, and the speed of inspection and customs of cross-border transportation vehicles between land customs in Hunan, Guangdong and Hong Kong is improved. 

 

 

 

Since the beginning of this year, 63 batches of goods worth 30.943 million dollars have been exported to Hong Kong through the Hunan-Guangdong-Hong Kong Single E-lock Scheme. It’s expected to save more than 1 million yuan in logistics costs annually and reduce transportation time by more than 40%.  

 

The national pioneering cases fully show efforts made by Chenzhou to connect with the GBA. Hunan FTZ Chenzhou Area has launched 7 institutional innovation cases in connecting with the GBA in the past three years. 

 

The efficient measures and convenient environment have attracted enterprises such as Shenzhen Jinhongkun Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Doone Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to invest. 

 

 

 

The new maintenance business model of the comprehensive bonded zone and the online handling model of commissioned notarization+government inquiry+delivery have been approved as important institutional innovation achievements by the innovation alliance of Hunan FTZ Chenzhou Area. 

 

This year, 35 institutional innovation cases have been formed around the demands of enterprises and the characteristics of Chenzhou, including the “new model of land supply management for industrial chain projects”. 

 

31 first-ever items have been launched, such as the first industrial real estate commodity housing pre-sale license and the first cross-border service station.
