It was reported that construction of non-ferrous metal smelting and processing project zone was launched in Guiyang Industrial Park on June 13, 2013. It was planned to be established as a professional non-ferrous metal smelting and processing zone in Chenzhou city with an output value of 100 billion yuan and tax payment of 2 billion, and would be promoted to play a more important role in Hunan province, even China. With its development, both Guiyang county and Chenzhou city’s economy condition would be improved accordingly.

It was learned that the non-ferrous metal smelting and processing project zone was located in the midwest of Guiyang county where was with very convenient transportation condition to enter expressway. This zone was the exclusive non-ferrous metal smelting and processing project approved by Chenzhou Government in 2012. According to the plan, the planning red line area was with 2800 acres while overall area of the project was accounted to1564.4 acres. Once finished, more than 15 enterprises on this non-ferrous metal smelting and processing filed can be gathered in this zone.
