2013 China (Chenzhou) International Leisure Tourism and Culture Festival would be held in Guiyang county in this September. Though under the hot condition, the reform of road network was still promoted well in Guiyang county.

When reporters arrived at some of construction sites of key festival projects, workers were busy in construction.

It was learned that 2013 China (Chenzhou) International Leisure Tourism and Culture Festival would be started in Guiyang county in September 16, 2013. 13 roads and 22 projects were listed as the key projects for the smooth operation of the festival. In order to meet the time schedule well, scientific scheduling, overall arrangement, and enhanced construction management were conducted by the owners of the projects under such hot weather condition. All of the projects were expected to be finished before the end of August.
