It was reported that the civil air defense project named“light of Guiyang” was under intensified construction process recently. It was invested with 380 million yuan, covering 55600 square meters. According to the construction plan, two phases would be operated sequentially and be completed at the end of this October and at the end of 2014 separately. Once finished, it would be used as a commercial center at ordinary times and as shelter in war time.
