Guiyang county is an important pole for the construction and development of “great cross” town cluster of Chen-Zi-Gui and Chen-Yong-Yi. In recent years, it formed the economic growth pole with the core of transformation development of industrial clusters and balance development of modern agriculture and service industry.

“ ‘Green’would become an important mark of the competitiveness of industrial fields and the transformation development of non-ferrous industry should be handled out urgently.” Qiu Dingfan- Academician of Chinese Academy of Science pointed out the development direction of transformation of non-ferrous metals industry for Guiyang county where is famous as “treasure place, county of non-ferrous metals” in the first Hunan (Guiyang) non-ferrous metal sci-tech forum.

In recent years, followed the idea of “gathering projects in industrial parks, promoting the development of industrial cluster, using resources intensively and improving function integration” the scientific layout of industrial general framework and series measures of development, Guiyang county placed over 1billion yuan to forge the development format of “one park, seven zones” which covered with 44square meters, shape some special industrial clusters preliminarily and establish the efficient, low-carbon and stereoscopic industrial parks. Guiyang county was enrolled into the list of “national demonstration park of circulation reform” in 2014, which helped to promote its further transformation and upgrading of industry.
Besides promoting the transformation and upgrading of new industries, Guiyang county followed the idea of integration of production and city and the concept of “ecological, environmental protection and green development”to integrate the service industry and agricultural modernization together on the basis of its location advantages. It placed over 8billion yuan on the projects of seven modern service industries as modern logistics, financing, technology and information, modern trade, and etc. It also placed over 2billion yuan of figuring out series favorable policies to assist the development of agricultural industrialization. Concerned for enterprises which handed the businesses on modern agriculture and service industries, Guiyang county also issued some favorable polices for them on the land supply, financing, taxes and fees, and etc.

On the suburbs leisure circle, Guiyang county placed 350million yuan on building 10 modern leisure villas with different formats and styles. Currently, Shennong Bee Fitness Garden which was invested with 288million yuan and was the most special cultural theme park of bees’maintenance in central China was promoted rapidly. Some projects as reception center, processing zone of agricultural products, bee garden, and 5vegetable greenhouses with high standards have been completed.
