Jiankang road which is one of Guiyang county’s key projects was recently launched in Guiyang county. It is about 1758.9meters with 67.738million yuan investments. It was learned that 104 key projects with 11.13billion yuan annual planed investments were arranged by Guiyang county in 2015. Till the end of this July, 74 of them have been started, accounting for 71% of the total, while 4.016billion yuan investments have been finished, accounting for 36.19% of the annual plan.

In order to well promote the projects construction, Guiyang county implemented an innovative working mechanism “one project, one leader, one team, one target, to catch after all”. Concerned for some narrow-neck problems as financing, lands, and etc., the financial department, land and resource department, planning department, environmental protection department, construction department and other departments took active actions to provide sound service for them and tried best to support the key projects construction. In order to create sound construction condition and ensure all key projects to be handled out fluently, the Public Security Bureau fought against the illegal behaviors strictly. Optimization office, key projects office, and some media seriously treated the complaints issued by the projects owners and investigated them carefully. Once approved to be true, the issues would be exposed to public and relative units would be punished. Till now, 20 illegal work hindrance cases were settled and 50 cases on stealing cables were solved.

At the meantime, Guiyang county well seized the chance of sound weather condition to accelerate the key projects construction comprehensively. From the beginning of this July, the activity of “one-hundred-day battle” was launched for the key projects construction. Currently, the projects which were being proceeded rapidly ( 50% annual investments have been finished) were as follow: deepening expansion and upgrading of Baoshan, Laixi wind power plant,Yinxing Company’s 1.5-ton-zinc ingot and comprehensive recovery of waste heat and pressure for electricity generating, fitness center, and etc. In order to accelerate the projects construction, a special supervision would be carried out in the county every week to summarize the problems hindered on the way. The units which badly affected the promotion of key projects construction, especially not follow leaders’ allocation to handle the work would be handled for accountability.
