Qu Hai emphasized on his investigation trip to Guiyang

It was learned that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated the industrial parks and tobacco purchasing work of Guiyang county recently. As required by Qu, it should try best to cultivate the economic increasing point and help tobacco farmers to increase income.

It is the harvest season of tobacco leaves now, so all farmers are enjoying their harvest time there. Some projects as Xianglong Navigation, Churong Furniture, Reno Bio Pharmaceuticals, and etc. are being handled out well. Though suffered from the hail disaster in this April, Guiyang Tobacco Company tried great efforts on plant protection, irrigation, and etc., which effectively recovered the production capacity of the fields, some even up to 140kgs/mu.

Qu Hai visited some projects construction sites and enterprises. He stated that industrial park is the important support and endogenous dynamic of Chenzhou city's improvement of new increasing pole of Hunan province. The county should promote "1555" working plan of innovation and entrepreneurship park, and enhance the investment attraction, especially accelerating the settlement of signed projects; should strengthen the industrial support and improve the development of new business types, high-end manufacturing, and high-tech industries. More supports should be placed on high level enterprises; element support should be intensified to improve the water, electricity, labor force supply; standard workshops construction should be improved; and better service should be provided to ensure the "1555" working plan to be fulfilled on time. The scale and quality of the industrial economy and industrial economy should be upgraded. The problems hindered on the way of enterprises' further development should be solved to lay solid foundation for the stable increase of Chenzhou city's economy.

Qu Hai emphasized that as a large economy county of Chenzhou city, Guiyang county should specify the target of going ahead of Chenzhou city even Hunan province on the industrial parks' development, industrial transformation and upgrading, investment attraction, and etc.

Though it was very hot during that day, Qu Hai visited some tobacco farmers on his investigation trip as well. He highly appraised their efforts on self-relief after the hail disaster. Qu checked the curing and sorting situation of the tobacco leaves as well. He stated that tobacco leave industry is one of the traditional advantageous industries of Chenzhou city, as well as an effective way for increasing farmers' income, so some sound experience concerned about it should be populated and higher level technologies should be applied to upgrade the scale and quality of the industry. More attention should be placed on improvement of tobacco seedling greenhouse and bulk curing-barn to upgrade the efficiency of assets and development of facility agriculture. Currently, the most important work is to handle the tobacco purchasing work and make sure the farmers' income to be stable without affecting of the decrease of production. It is purposely to mobilize the positivity of farmers and reach win-win cooperation between tobacco companies and farmers.
