It was learned from the fifth China Hunan Rear Livestock & Feed Industry Expo that a new award was granted for Shunxiang brand product produced by Linwu Shunxiang Cattle Group.

In recent year, on the basis of the advantages on resource characteristics and industries, agricultural products base and belt construction was greatly improved in Linwu county. Some special industrial belts were successfully formed in different areas on their practical conditions, such as Linwu duck belt along Wushui river and People’s river, high quality fruit belt in Nanqiang, Shunfeng, Tongyi and other towns, purple yam and vegetable belt in Shuangxi, Wushui town, Dachong pepper belt in Dachong, Zhennan town, and etc.

Till now, 56 agricultural product processing enterprises were established in Linwu county. Among them, there were 11 municipal level leading agricultural industrialization companies. Two of the 11 were national level and 1 was provincial level. “Shun” brand became a national wide famous brand with the great improvement of the agricultural industry of Linwu county. Especially for the Shunhua Duck Group which was the biggest sheldrake processing enterprise of China was listed as the national level agricultural industrialization company. More than 70000 peasant families benefited from this industry.
