In the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Linwu County, the lithium new energy project invested by Anshan Heavy Duty Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 26 billion yuan was under construction. The project will be built in three phases, mainly involving the mining of lithium-bearing polymetallic ores and disposal of tailings with an annual processing capacity amounting to 30 million tons, the lithium carbonate smelting project with an annual output of 80,000 tons, and the supporting project of hybrid energy storage and cells. After the completion of the project, it can create more than 500 job opportunities.

 

 

At the same time, the processing lithium project of Chenzhou Keliyuan Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. will constantly promote the extension of lithium industry chain and drive the high-quality development in Linwu County.

 

Since 2022, it has successfully conducted 4 new energy projects with a total investment of 102.4 billion yuan, boosting the development of lithium industry.

 

 

Hu Pan, an official of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Linwu County, said that the development zone, based on its rich lithium mineral resources, will build a new development pattern of lithium ore, materials, batteries, insulated fireproof cable terminal and recycling.
