Shanghai Anneng Hunan Jianfeng Mining Co., Ltd., established in Linwu County in 2022, is committed to lithium ore mining and separating.

 

In 2022, Linwu County signed a contract with Shanghai Anneng Industrial Construction Mining Co., Ltd. on the mining of lithium containing polymetallic mineral resources, lithium carbonate processing, and lithium battery production. The project will be built in four phases, aiming to exploit lithium ores of 30 billion kilograms per year and produce lithium carbonate battery of 150 million kilograms per year. It will achieve an annual output value of over 60 billion yuan and tax revenue of over 6 billion yuan. More than 3,000 people will be employed thanks to this project in Linwu County.

 

 

In recent years, Linwu County has actively sought practical industrial development ideas and attracted investment to develop the lithium battery industry. As of now, Linwu has successively reached cooperation with more than 100 enterprises on lithium ore mining and selection and lithium carbonate battery production, with a total investment of 102.4 billion yuan.

 

Linwu County will increase efforts in terms of investment attraction, factor guarantee, business environment and production safety to ensure that the projects about lithium carbonate and battery production can be started within this year.
