The project is fully funded by Chenzhou Xintian Investment Co., Ltd. and operated and managed by Sino-Hunan Beautiful City Operation Services Co., Ltd. It’s located near the administrative center of Suxian District, with a total construction area of 67,000 square meters.

 

In the center of the park is a leisure square for citizens, and on both sides are two high-rise buildings, with diverse forms such as specialty catering, amusement facilities for children, leisure and entertainment, hotels, and retail. At present, the occupancy rate has reached 80%.

 

 

At the opening ceremony, Peng Xiong, secretary of the Party group of the CPPCC Suxian District Committee and chairman, said that the Suxian District Talent Innovation Park is an outstanding achievement the district has made in cultivating the Chengdong New Area, revitalizing resources, and exploring innovation. 

 

Suxian District has been striving to build a professional, information-based, industrialized, and international talent industry comprehensive service platform, making it a highland for talent gathering, a source of creativity, and an accelerator for achievement transformation in the district and the city, in a bid to achieve the common development of the talent innovation industry and Suxian District.
