I. Location advantage.

2. Hydro-electricity. The general installed capacity within the region reaches more than 280 000 KW. It is a county with the biggest stalled small-size hydro-electricity capacity in the country and the national demonstration county of small-size hydro-electricity development. The zone is built with 110 and 200 KVA power supply network and supplied by Chendian International and Xiangnan Power Corporation, which makes the power sufficient and its price low.
