When visiting Rucheng economy development zone, reporters found many factories were busy on production. It was learned that there were 38 preferential policies issued in Rucheng County to encourage the development of undertaking industrial transfer. Till now, 43 above scale enterprise have been settled down in Rucheng county and its scale industrial added value reached 824.33 million yuan.

From 2012, Rucheng County keeps enhancing the strength of undertaking industrial transfer on the basis of optimizing the administrative condition of investment attraction. The county government discharged “some policies on undertaking industrial transfer to promote opening-up economy”, which specified 38 favorable policies on investment industries, lands, services, charges, taxes, etc..

In accordance with the policies, Rucheng county government encouraged enterprises to invest on high technology industries, new metal material, machine mechanisms, electronic information and other projects. Some enterprises are exempt from administrative fees and there are half charges on service fees to some enterprises. The government issued 80% discount for water and electricity charges for some firms, allocated at least 10 million as reward funds to encourage the new industrial enterprises with proper tax payment, implemented some simple procedures for the investment enterprises, especially for the projects with over 10 million dollars investments etc..

According to the statistics, up to this September, the total enterprise project investment reached 2.71 billion; 1468 medium and small size enterprises were newly established, and 4623 private companies with industrial added value of 1.148 billion yuan and 1.55 billion yuan were completed, up 51.9% and 13% separately.
