Recently, the biding of Yizhang county's public renting system of cycles was settled successfully. Chongqing Yangma Technology Co., Ltd. got the bid with the bidding price of 2.84million yuan which was 1.48million yuan lower than the earlier budget of 4.33million yuan.

From the beginning of 2014, Yizhang county fully carried out the public projects with government procurement and handled them by on-line trading via some public resources trading platforms with the principals of "public, fair and open". Urban public renting system of cycles is one of the well-being projects of Yizhang county. The project owner released the project on government procurement website with the price evaluated by Yizhang financing department. The government procurement department found that the evaluated price was much higher than the same category's projects of other counties after checking the inquiries online, so it issued the project to public bid online. Finally the project was settled by saving 34.2% budget. Till the middle of December, 108.99million yuan has been finished by the government procurement. 20.22million yuan was saved via the online inquires, accounting for 20.15%.
