Recently, Liyutang town of Chenzhou city signed an agreement amounting to 120 million yuan with Shenzhen Hesheng Gardens Landscape Co., Ltd., which is a planting demonstration base project concerning flowers and seedlings .

According to the contract, both the two parties will work together from September, 2012 to December, 2015 to carry out the 3000mu construction project. The project would be further divided into two phases. The first phase was planned with 60 million yuan to construct 2800mu areas which are mainly for large scale of flowers and seedlings and comprehensive industry base with high-end seedling cultivation, new item researching and trading function. As for the second phase, it was planned to handle with 60 million yuan on the five-star leisure agriculture development.

Now, Liyutang town is busy in optimizing its development conditions by well carrying out the follow-up services. now 3 million yuan investments has been fulfilled for this project, 500mu lands have been transferred and 110 mu lands of Shantang have been developed already.
