It aimed to cover gas pipe network in urban area in 2016

It was learned from some relative departments of Yongxing county that 1.25billion yuan would be placed on “two supplies and two treatments” projects to promote the upgrading of city construction. It aimed to cover gas pipe network in urban area, fully upgrade the water supply quality and reach the full collection and full-processing of sewage and rubbish in 2016.

“Two supplies and two treatments” refers to upgrading of water supply, construction of facilities of gas supply, sewage treatment and household rubbish treatment.

According to “general planning of Yongxing county (2012-2030)”,Yongxing county figured out some special planning on water supply, gas supply, sewage treatment, household rubbish treatment, flood control, and etc., and confirmed the implementation solutions on “two supplies and two treatments”. It planned to place 1.25billion yuan to cover gas pipe network in urban area, fully upgrade the water supply quality and reach the full collection and full-processing of sewage and rubbish in 2016.

Concerned for the water supply, Kaidou’ao Water Plant will be extended, 40,000tons/ day water supply capacity will be increased, 20kms pipe networks will be reconstructed, 63kms new pipe network will be built and monitoring abilities will be upgraded to 42 items. Concerned for the gas supply, urban gas supply system will be built and reconstructed, 40kms medium voltage pipe network, 39kms natural gas high voltage pipe network, and 73kms arterial pipe network will be built, one automobile gas filling station will be built, and full coverage of gas supply in urban area and industrial parks will be reached. Concerned for the rubbish treatment, one stock wasteyard will be treated, rubbish transfer facilities will be built to reach the transfer capacity of 300tons/day and delivery capacity of 370tons/day, and all the rubbishes of urban and rural areas will be delivered to Chenzhou Waste Incineration Power Plant for bio-safety disposal. Concerned for the sewage treatment, south district sewage treatment plant and Matian town sewage treatment plant will be built, 78.8kms supporting pipe network for sewage treatment will be facilitated, and diversion of rain and sewage will be fully reached in old and new urban areas, and geographic information system of drainage network will be figured out.
