It was reported that Yongxing Changlu Xiangqing International Tourism Leisure Resort which covered with 11billion yuan investment for the 1st phase was started for construction in the morning of September 29, 2015. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee presented at the opening ceremony and announced the launching of the project. Gao Yangxian- Member of Party Group and Deputy Director of Hunan Tourism Bureau attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech there.

Changlu Xiangqing International Tourism Leisure Resort is one of the key projects of Yongxing county’s improvement of cultural tourism industry. It is located in Bianjiang and Zhujiang basin and covers with 100,000mu areas. According to the plan, 50 theme scenic spots and 200 theme hotels would be constructed there. It would be divided into three phases. The first phase is with 11billion yuan investment and covers with 50,000mu areas.

Yongxing Government signed the cooperation agreement with Guangdong Changlu Group on this July 3 and confirmed the construction of Changlu Xiangqing International Tourism Leisure Resort. The 6 theme scenic spots for the 1st phase of the project are rural inn, amusement, aqua world, fairy tale, flower and military theme scenic spots. The 6 theme hotels are tree house, carriage, waterside, shipyard, animation, and train theme hotels. It was estimated to be finished in 3 years and all of them would be placed to operation successively. The annual reception capacity of it was estimated to be 10million people. Once finished, the project would be improved to be a high level tourism resort with the functions of cultural tourism, ecological environmental protection, leisure, and special interest.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the opening ceremony.
