In order to further increase the park construction and attract more investment, Zixing municipal Party committee and municipal government planned and constructed Jiangbei Industrial Park of 6.7 ㎡ and Luowei Food Industrial Park of 1,500 mu, arranged to borrow 240 million yuan from the bank for infrastructure construction in the park and promulgated the preferential policy for investment in the park, all of which have made the most desirable undertaking zone for the processing trade industry transfer of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and coastal areas. Luowei Food Industrial Park of Zixing Economic Development Zone occupies 2 000 mu of land at Zixing entrance of Chenzhou-Zixing-Guilin high-level road.
