There are four enterprises defined as high technology enterprises in Zixing, Chenzhou city. Till now, there have been 23 firms with high technology products in its scaled industry, among which 8 are high technology firms, which shows the great improvement of Zixing high technology industry.

In recent years, Zixing has been trying to deepen the cooperation between industry and school. Till now, more than 20 high schools and academies have established their cooperation relationship with Zixing government and enterprises. The new technology innovative system like the research, test, and industrialization manufacturing was set up. Furthermore, 6 municipal engineering technology research centers were built on non-ferrous metal, new energy, new material, food processing and other industries.

Moreover, there were more supporting policies discharged to strengthen the improvement of high technology enterprises in the industrial park. Thanks to the investment attraction, expansion of industrial park, and establishment of high technology enterprise cluster, Zixing city has formed the non-ferrous, new energy, new material, food processing, coal, construction material, electronic information and other high technology industry clusters. In the first half year, Huaxin,Zhantai and some representative strategic new industries hit total gross value of 5 billion yuan with the growth of 65.8% compared with that of last year, while sales revenue reached 4 billion yuan, up 63.5%.
