It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated Zixing city on June 16,2015. Yi stated that further transformation of mode, adjustment of structure and extension of industrial chain should be carried out to accelerate the development of modern logistics industry and cultural industry and set an example for industrial transformation and upgrading.

Yi and his investigation team visited Hengsheng Environment Protection, jiulongwang Electronics, Huaxin Non-ferrous, and some other enterprises. Hengsheng Environment Protection recycles the valuable metals while dealing with the wastes. Its annual capacity on dealing with the wastes is 220,000tons, and production capacity of refined lead and bismuth are 60,000tons and 400tons respectively. Jiulongwang Electronics is mainly on the production of ferrite core with the annual production capacity of 8,500tons. Its products are mainly used on computers, LED TV, LED lamp, solar power, automobile, and etc. Huaxin Nom-ferrous is mainly on producing high purity silver and recycling some rare and precious metals as gold, bismuth, stibium, indium, and etc. It was honored as one of the top ten enterprises of non-ferrous industry of Hunan province. "All enterprises should follow the requirements of environment protection to enhance emission control and protection of environment; should upgrade the efficiency and save land resources to make the best advantages of resources and set an example for the sustainable development." Yi Pengfei said.

The development of modern industry was one of the key concerns for Yi's investigation trip. When the investigation team arrived at Dada Logistics, cartons of fresh fruits were being stored at the modern refrigeration house. It has a comprehensive cold chain logistics system and became an economic entity with the functions of purchasing and processing agricultural products, warehousing and delivery, supermarket shopping, hotels, and etc. Currently, Dada cold Chain, Hongfa Logistics, Hongtong Warehousing, and some other logistics are being improved well in Zixing city. At the meantime, four logistic centers as Luowei Food, Ziwu Industrial Logistics, Liyujiang Commerce and Trade, and Xingning Agricultural Products are being constructed with high level. Yi said more attention should be placed on the improvement of entity economy and modern logistic industry, which was purposely to play the best promotion role of modern logistics on economy.

Yi investigated "Sanxiangsishui- Dongjiang Lake" tourism cultural street and innovation & entrepreneurship community. "Sanxiangsishui- Dongjiang Lake" tourism cultural street is divided into Dongjiang Lake Stone Hall, Photography Art Gallery, Xiaoxiang Exhibition Center, and tourism shopping and exhibition center, which is a characteristic street with the features of leisure, shopping, cultural viewing, and etc. Entrepreneurship community helps to provide the places for some entrepreneurs for a period and helps them to gain more experiences by providing more favorable policies, services and marketing methods for them. Yi highly affirmed the work handled out by Zixing city and required that better guidance should be provided to mobilize entrepreneurs passions; better propaganda work should be carried out to provide the entrepreneurs with sound development condition; and cultural tourism industry should be well improved.

Yi stated that it should try best to set an example for industrial transformation and upgrading; should play the best advantages of resources to carry out investment attraction of industrial chain; should further upgrade the deepening processing level of non-ferrous metals and upgrade the added value of products to extend industrial China and lay better foundation for the economic development; should consolidate and improve the development of modern logistics; should introduce and cultivate batches of key logistics enterprises to get through the points of circulation; should accelerate the development of cultural tourism industry and play the best advantages of Dongjiang Lake's great resources to develop more tourism products and promote the transformation and upgrading of Chenzhou city's tourism industry.
