An executive of the company introduced that the neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass project has broken the technological monopoly of foreign enterprises and filled the gap in high-end pharmaceutical glass packaging materials in China. 

 

Since the beginning of this year, the local government of Zixing City has actively cultivated sci-tech innovation enterprises, promoted the key core technology research and transformation of sci-tech achievements.

 

By implementing the “intelligence empowering enterprises” action, it has promoted digital transformation, network-based collaboration and intelligent improvement of enterprises. 

 

A large number of traditional industries such as Zhouyuanshan Mine, Huihua Electronic and Kibing Solar Technology have been flourishing with significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 

 

At the same time, reserve enterprise libraries have been established in different categories in accordance with different innovative entities, platforms and carriers. 

 

From January to October, the city put on file 120 technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, up 233.3% year on year. 

 

To stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises for technological innovation, the local government has actively sought funding and policy support from superior governments. A one-time reward of 200,000 yuan will be given to high-tech enterprises identified for the first time and a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan will be given to those reappraised as high-tech enterprises. 

 

In the first ten months, a total of 21 projects in the city received 33.98 million yuan in special sci-tech awards and subsidies. 

 

The city has also issued policies and measures to promote the development of big data industry and intelligent transformation.

 

Since this year, the output value of the silicon material industry, led by Hunan Kibing Pharmaceutical Technology has increased by 132% year-on-year. The Dongjianghu Big Data Industrial Park has added 1,820 racks and achieved a rental income of 100 million yuan for internet data centers. 

 

Dongjianghu Big Data Center has won over ten national honors, including a national green data center and a national new data center.
