In the afternoon of June 10, 2015, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai-Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City met He Wenbo- President of China Minerals Corporation and his team. They discussed together on the transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metals industry and further cooperation between the two parties.

On the conference, the two parties shared their ideas on the situation of projects invested by China Minerals Corporation in Chenzhou city. From 2010 to 2015, China Minerls worked together with Chenzhou city on 9 projects, covering 3.3billion yuan paid-off capitals.

He Wenbo said Chenzhou city is with sound natural,cultural and investment condition. Chine Minerals Corporation kept nice cooperation with Chenzhou city for a long term. Both two parties communicated well with each other to improve together and spent a significant journey together. In future, China Minerals would enhance the cooperation of projects development, scientific innovation, industrial transfer, and etc. with Chenzhou city, and play better roles on the social responsibility, creation of value, credit operation, protection and improvement of environment, and etc. It would try best to contribute more to the transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metals industry and improvement of Chenzhou city's economy and society. At the meantime, it also expressed their hope that Chenzhou city would enhance the communication and cooperation with it to solve the problems hindered on the way.

Yi Pengfei hoped that China Minerals would expand the support on the transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metals industry of Chenzhou city, accelerate the transformation speed of its enterprises in Chenzhou city, enhance the scientific innovation, and cover the scientific research centers which built with local enterprises into its important agendas; would enhance the support on the treatment and protection of Chenzhou city's non-ferrous metals industry, and work together with Chenzhou city to handle the protection work on key regions as Dongjiang Lake and the pilot work of Hunan provincial ecological red line; would enhance the investment on the treatment of environment and transformation & upgrading of the enterprises in Chenzhou city to promote Chenzhou city's transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metals industry; and would further support the undertaking industrial transfer of Chenzhou city's non-ferrous metals industry. Yi hoped that China Minerals would take Chenzhou city as the first choice for its transfer of non-ferrous metals to support Chenzhou city's development and helped to introduce Chenzhou city to more enterprises.

Yi Pengfei stated that Chenzhou city would keep provide good services on the safe, stable and sustainable development for enterprises; would creat better development condition for the enterprises by specifying the "entity awareness" of market and development, enhancing the tax payer awareness and service awareness, promoting the upgrading of working style rectification, simplifying the administrative procedures, and etc.; and would work together with the enterprises to obtain more central and provincial supports on projects, policies and capitals.

Qu Hai stated that China Minerals placed great attention on the projects worked together with Chenzhou city from their strategic cooperation and contributed active contributions on the transformation development of Chenzhou city by helping to settle more projects in Chenzhou city. In future, Chenzhou city would keep cooperate and support China Minerals' work. Qu hoped China Minerals would upgrade the cooperation level with Chenzhou city; work together to improve the development of deepening processing of non-ferrous metals industry, accelerate the settlement of projects, promote the settlement of key undertaking industrial transfer projects, enhance safety production and environment protection, and build the cooperation platform, all of which were purposely to promote more achievements to be reached between the two parties.

Relative leaders of China Minerals Corporation, relative leaders of Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Committee and some municipal leaders of Chenzhou City attended relative activities.
