Keeping the protective development to promote scientific development

It was reported that Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone on August 19, 2014. Xiang required that it should keep the protective development, restorative development and developmental construction to promote ecological development and scientific development.

Xiang investigated Non-ferrous Metal Museum and Luxian Park firstly on his trip. Non-ferrous Metal Museum which covered with 12,000square meters was one of the key contents for Chenzhou non-ferrous metal’s “five-one” strategic system. Lobby, knowledge of non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals trip were set for this museum. Currently, the annexes of the museum have been finished and it was proceed to the decoration of the hall. Xiang said more attention should be placed on the collection of the world’s non-ferrous metals data, records and videos to highlight the elements of world’s non-ferrous metals and show the museum’s international feature. Luxian Park which was mainly established by taking the advantage of the natural cliff of Luxian’an was constructed well with harmonious sceneries. Xiang highly affirmed the park’s construction work.

Technological transformation project of Shizhuyuan Chaishan Mo-Bi-W polymetallic ore was one of the mineral resources demonstration bases established by Ministry of Land and Resources and Ministry of Finance during the “twelfth five-year plan” period. It ranked the first place of Hunan province on the annual volume of excavation. Currently, the main workshops, supporting accessories and annexes have been finished, and it was on the process for the hardening, greening and lighting-up of roads. It was estimated to start the trail operation at the end of this August.

Xiang Lili said the demonstrating role of projects should be well played to promote the upgrading of Chenzhou non-ferrous metal industry. Xiang and his team visited the second phase of the fans project of Delta Electronics afterward.

When Xiang visited the living area of Shizhuyuan and Mine Park, he was glad to find this dirty area has been changed to be a livable community. Xiang pointed out that balance attention should be paid on the improvement of economy and protection of environment. If high cost of environment condition would be paid for the economic development, we’d rather not to start the economic project. The zone paid great attention on the projects construction and environment construction in recent years, which highly showed its concept of ecological development and scientific development. The industrial park should not only work on the utilization and exploration of resources, but should try efforts to reach the scientific development and ecological development as well. It should be promoted with the protective development. All the exploration of resources should be carried out on the basis of protection of ecological environment. It was not acceptable to violate the natural laws and destroy the natural ecological condition. It should be reached the goal of restorative development, especially for the restoration of old mines. It should be promoted with the developmental construction by combining together with the development of non-ferrous metal industry and mine park.
