It was reported that Li Zhijian- Deputy Secretary of Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and Major Secretary of Working Committee of Chenglinji Harbor Industrial New Area led an investigation team to visit Chenzhou city and investigate its construction of industrial parks.

Yueyang Chenglingji new harbor which is one of the eight deep-water good harbors of Yangtze River is one of the first batch harbors opened to cross-straits direct transportation link, is the first class open foreign trade harbor and exclusive port of Hunan province in the main line of Yangtze River. Chenglingji harbor new area is a harbor economic belt supported by Chenglingji new harbor (Songyang lake) and mainly with the businesses of logistic & warehousing, processing trade, modern device manufacturing, new material, new emerging low-carbon industry, and etc.

The investigation team visited some enterprises of Guiyang Industrial Park and Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park. It was introduced that Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park was just 3 kilometers big before 2010 with poor condition. But just with 4 years development, it was improved to be an industrial park with over 40 high level standard roads and 3 million square meters standard workshops.

As considered by the investigation team, Chenzhou city’s industrial parks followed a high level standard to carry out the planning, platform construction and investment attraction. Series large-scale enterprises were settled down there with great effects of industrial parks construction. All the team members stated that they would learn all the advanced experiences of Chenzhou city’s industrial parks’ construction to promote Yueyang city’s industrial economic development.

Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended relative activities. Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied the investigation team with the visiting trip.
