It was reported that Gospel Company attended the open tendering of “2015 base-firming project for industrial transformation and upgrading” held by the State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and won the bidding of “high frequency microwave copper-clad plate” project. The coproduction agreement has been signed between the two parties. According to the plan, the workshops, relative facilities and some foundation assemblies for the copper-clad plate project should be finished by Gospel before the end of May, 2016. Once placed to operation, the estimated annual production capacity of it would be 500,000 square meters.
In recent years, Gospel placed great attention on the improvement of technological innovation system and foundation skills, which greatly helped to lay solid development foundation for it and ensure its further improvement. High frequency microwave copper-clad plate is an independent innovation project handled out by Gospel. It was introduced that organic solvent and some unique materials and engineering are applied to this project, which grant the finished project with excellent performance, low cost, simple engineering and environment protection feature. Till now, 8 national invention patents have been issued to it. The success of high frequency microwave copper-clad plate helped to solve the technological problem for China’s high frequency microwave copper-clad plate industry, and break the foreign technological monopoly. It also indicated that Gospel Company is in an advanced place among the international industry of high frequency microwave and high density packing of copper-clad plate, no matter on R&D capacity or level.
High frequency microwave copper-clad plate was firstly approved in 2005 and was gained some breakthrough in 2008. The product technology is kept in a stable condition after 10 years trials and tests. According to the results tested by the third-party inspection institution, all the main performance indexes as dielectric constant, dielectric loss, dimensional stability, and etc. are comparable to foreign technological level. In last October, the project gained national level achievement appraisement.
