Anren County has an existing oil tea forest area of 210,000 mu including a perennially cultivated area of 70,000 mu. The county shall build a 200,000-mu oil tea forest base in three phases: 30,000 mu built in 2010-2012, 70,000 mu built in 2013-2015 and 100,000 mu built in 2015-2018, and set up a 10,000t/a tea oil production line.
